Missed the mark
We were surprised that this hotel was rated so highly. While Hotel Tenne had the potential to be a cute little family-run hotel with clean and spacious rooms, the beds were uncomfortable and the dinner left quite a bit to be desired. We may have just not been a good culture fit because we also found the front desk personnel to be overbearing.

Fantastic week in Hotel Tenne
The hotel is in a great location, short walk to main shops/restaurants, 10 minutes to lifts. Room was large, bright, great balcony with mountain views. Beds were adequate but poor pillows. Breakfast was really good. Staff all friendly.

Great Hotel in Saas Fee
I have visited Saas Fee many times over the last few years each time staying where available. I can honestly say that the Tenne Hotel is one of the best in Saas Fee, the staff and owners are incredible, caring and attentive. The Music night was brilliant, the food excellent.
