Quiet, clean, comfortable great place.
New property that is simply amazing. Very very quiet. Only 6 units. Our units kitchen was well equipped. Lots of space has each place is like a small apartment. Staff are always cleaning something, pool is cleaned everyday. There are about 6 restaurants with 1 km. There are two very friendly dogs on the premises,.neither of the dogs bark. They have a Tuk Tuk on premises to take you wherever you like for a fee. They also have a scooter for rent, 450php a day.

Can’t say enough good things about Alia Homestay. The residences are beautiful and well-equipped: good kitchen, excellent air con, comfortable bed. The pool is super clean and the perfect temperature. The area is very quiet, being on a side road away from the hustle and bustle of Alona Beach. I highly recommend renting a scooter as it is a bit of a walk to Alona, where most of the restaurants and shops are, although the resort offers a tuk tuk shuttle service on demand and for a fee. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again if we are back on Panglao.

Place need the plants trimmed so you can walk down the sidewalks and not have to bend, duck and move off the sidewalks to avoid hitting the plants. Trash, junk and garbage piled up on the wooden fence. This is a resort not a landfill. Clean it up. Pans so big you can only use one at a time on the stove because they are too big to allow two pans at a time Some of the towels are wearing thin and need to be replaced. The hosts/managers are not very friendly. No smiling faces or how are you greetings. After 21 days they should be able to greet you by your name. Seems like it was an inconvenience for them to open/close the gate to allow our car to go in and out. Not they type of people you would expects at a resort trying to earn a repeat visit. We stayed at a couple other resorts and they were hella friendly and cheerful. We will go to those places on the next trip. Pool was nice and clean but in the evening they turned the underwater lights off so it made it so you couldn't swim in the evening. Maybe trying to save money? Just an average place so don't expect much. Close to Alona Beach and the airport.

Great place for peace and quiet off the beaten track for couples or family away from the hustle with very competitive prices. Awesome pool, very spacious villa with good size bathroom, nice hot shower and aircon in living and bed room. Huge double stacker doors opening onto outdoor undercover veranda and swimming pool. Large fridge and bench tops with water dispenser and all cooking facilities. Quality inclusions throughout. Very helpful management and well kept garden and surroundings.
Only negative would be the distance from the beach which is only 5 minutes in a tuk tuk which the owners provided.Didn’t inconvenience us because we either rented a motorcycle or stayed at the beach all day. Would definitely recommend and stay at Aila again

Not good!
Not good. Not worth the money. Way too much chlorine in the pool. The children suffered a severe rash. They have a crazy dog that is aggressive. Was close to being bitten. Road and access are very poor. Next time it will be a different place to stay!

Family vaction for 2 weeks at Aila Homestay
It is cozy and a relaxing place. Good service. Good at communicating with them. They are helpful with driving to and from Alona Beach and help with laundry. The apartments are in good condition.
On the negative side, they have a dog that was about to attack us but was stopped at the last minute by the owners. The dog was mostly on a leash, but sometimes it got loose. We therefore had to go inside and inform the owners about it. This happened about 2 to 3 times. The owners explained that the dog had an electric leash around his neck that he can learn to obey.
