Nice hotel but can be noisy
The hotel is in a great location. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The doors are not soundproofed and if you have noisy people on the floor as I did it can be disruptive. The public bath is nice and clean.

大浴場があるので宿泊先に決めました。 マイクロバブルのお湯で気持ち良いですが韓国人のお客様がタオルは置きっぱなし、綿棒も使ったら捨てずに放置、お水のカップも椅子に置いて放置と散々でした。もう少し注意喚起があると良いと思いました。 また、シャワーキャップが欲しかったです。 朝湯船にだけ入りたいと思っても髪が濡れてしまうので。 そこが残念でした。朝食は美味しかったですし対応も良くて気持ちよく過ごせました

出張で3泊しました。 朝食も美味しいですし、館内も綺麗ですし、大浴場もありすすきのの南３条という好立地もという事もありいいホテルだと思います。 ただ、個人的に改善希望なことがあります。 ①大浴場の利用可能時間が、連泊の人や深夜に部屋に戻る人への配慮をして欲しいです。 当然清掃などが必要なのは分かりますが、利用時間を朝4時までや、朝食後に利用可能な12時まで利用などできると使いやすいです。 ②ビジネスセンターですが、チェックアウト後に30分利用させて欲しいと伝えたら宿泊延長料金を払って欲しいと言われました。 チェックリスト当日は、チェックアウト後の30分もしくは60分はサービスで利用が可能になると嬉しいです。
