Enjoy Buenos Aires in comfort!
The apartments are in a convenient location, they are well maintained, and the people providing all of the services are extremely friendly and responsive. Before you arrive, you will receive messages with clear instructions from the management. (Whatsapp is the primary communication tool before and during your stay.)
The address provided on hotels.com is that of the office, not of the apartment. Do not be alarmed about this. The apartments are near the office and, arguably, in a better location.
If you want traditional hotel services, this is not the place for you. What you get here is privacy, space (much more than a hotel room at this price point), a kitchenette, a living room. The apartment was impeccably clean upon arrival.
In our case, the living room contained a dining table and chairs, a couch, and a coffee table. There was a TV mounted on the wall (which we did not use). The bedroom contained a queen-size bed and another TV mounted on the wall. There was adequate storage space and a safe. The bathroom was on the small side with a small shower, bidet, toiled and sink. The only hitch was poor temperature control of the shower: the water went from cold to hot at unpredictable times.
The people went above and beyond to provide a great experience. All in all, this is a place I would highly recommend.
