Swiss Chalets Village Inn
"Excellent location, close to Story Land. The pool was heated but it was very small. Also the area to get breakfast has not many tables you need to wait for somebody to leave to get a seat. The property is old but very well maintained."
Top Notch Inn
"Innkeeper was very accommodating to our family’s many requests. Clean, close to Mt Washington, and quiet (in a great way!)."
Indian Head Resort
"The pools were great. The restaurant was cute."
North Conway Mountain Inn
"Room was simple. Only complaint was no microwave - hoping to have popcorn with our movie. View was absolutely amazing. Balcony was wonderful. Shower was a little confusing but figured it out. No staff on sight overnight which was different for us but we never needed help so worked out. AC worked amazingly and having a Roku smart tv was nice."
RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain
"Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, restaurants, movie theater, shops and grocery store all walking distance."
Woodwards White Mountain Resort, BW Signature Collection
"Beautiful location, clean property, friendly and helpful staff. A great place to stay!"
Town and Country Inn & Resort
"We stayed at T & C w 2 grandkids ages 6 & 10 in August. They enjoyed the indoor heated pool, hot tub and game room. The pool area is very warm making it super uncomfortable if you're trying to supervise your kids while dressed. The room was clean and comfortable but should have enough bath towels to accommodate 4 people not just 2. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our 2 night stay. The menu offered both good kid and adult selections. The wait staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside before dinner but was disappointed on the 2nd night when they weren't returned to their spots after mowing. This was our 2nd year staying at T & C as it's both picturesque and close enough to Santa's Village."
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln East - White Mountains by IHG
"As other reviews stated it is a very clean and well-maintained property off the main road in Lincoln NH in a secluded back road across from a miniature golf range. The staff were very helpful including Alessandro at the front desk, Gregory in housekeeping and not to forget the two lady breakfast servers. The hotel is well located in a quiet area of the White Mountains off route 93 but still within walking distance to the main street in Lincoln. We would definitely stay there again when we return to the White Mountain area."
Golden Gables Inn Dazzler Select by Wyndham
"What a genuine delight this place was! Super convenient location, not just in the fact that it's in North Conway (basically a perfect location for any of the White Mountains things you'd want to do in any season), but it's right across the street from the mall/supermarket and sandwiched between several restaurants--you're never more than 5 minutes away from what you need. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating the entire duration of our stay, whether we needed a cot for one of our kids, something to clean up in the bathroom, or some extra towels after a trip down to the pool. Speaking of which, the pool was fantastic. A perfect temperature and easy to access, never too crowded, and lots of fun for the whole family. The beds were actually WAY more comfortable than at some luxury hotels I've stayed at, and the rooms were absurdly spacious. We had more than enough room for all of our luggage, plus the twin-sized cot for our kiddo, all without ever feeling like we were tripping over our own feet. Parking is right outside your room door (or downstairs from it), and as a disabled person, that was heavenly for me. The only minor criticism I have was that there was a hole in the wall from where the door had slammed open into it several times, but that was something easily fixed and didn't impact our stay at all. Otherwise, this place was perfection. Definitely recommend it if you're staying in the Conway area!"

For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised atmosphere and can sometimes offer better value. - Consider your location: Staying near major attractions or city centres can offer convenience, but it often comes with a higher price tag. For more affordable options, you might want to consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between cost and accessibility to the sites you plan to visit. You may also want to look into independent hotels located a bit further out, as they usually tend to be more affordable and can provide a more authentic experience.
