Oasis of tranquility in the middle of everything
We booked this hotel at the last minute after our original hotel turned out to be a disaster and we could not have been happier. The hotel is beautiful and centrally located (about a 3-4 minute walk from the pier). The service is superb; everyone was extremely helpful whenever we needed to find a parking lot for our rental or we needed a taxi. The included breakfast was very tasty and their lunch options were very good as well. We will definitely use them again when we return to Bodrum.

Perfect until it not
The young staff working there and the staff in evening are very nice, breakfast is good and the pool is pretty and it’s a relaxing and calm place. Location is ideal, close to the marina. We had a lovely stay until check out. we were accused of not paying. We had paid on arrival and even gone to reception the previous evening to settle bar and cafe bill. The man in charge in the morning did not believe us and even made my husband show him his online banking to show the payment. Everything was actually booked in my name, but he wouldn’t even look at or speak with me. He then did not offer any help with luggage or taxi for leaving the hotel. We have 3 year old and pram and the road is a small ways from the reception so it was a bit surprising we were just waved off and no help. It left us feeling sad after such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Probably the nicest hotel experience I’ve ever had! ……. and I’ve been a flight attendant for 36 years. What makes this hotel amazing, besides the fact that it’s absolutely adorable and relaxing, is the wonderful people who work there. They were gracious and kind and welcoming!
