Great location in Hanoi’s Old Quarter! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast wasn’t available during my stay due to some kind of problem with the dining room, but the hotel manager refunded me the amount I had prepaid for the breakfast. I was a bit disappointed when we booked I thought we might have a lake view but we didn't. The location is amazing though - just off the lake & in the none car area. Everything is walkable or easy to tuk tuk/grab. Hanoi just before Christmas is something EXTRA special. If you have the chance I would recommend going

This was a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here both before and after our Ha Giang Loop tour and we will definitely come stay here again when we come back. The location is in a great area - the only issue is if you are doing a tour, sometimes cars cannot go down the road to get to the hotel (we had 2 separate issues with this).
