Easy going riverside hotel.
This was a lovely spot by the side of the river. It felt like we were there out of season. The hotel were very hospitable on arrival and rearranged our booking to rooms that were more suitable for our family which was very helpful. The market/ main old town is a short walk over the bridge (narrow pavements though) so the location is very handy.

The best thing to say about this hotel is the location. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the ancient town. I stayed in the Superior room that was supposed to have a countryside view – the only thing visible from the window was a building block and the window did not open. Bathroom had large visible signs of mould and the smell was overwhelming. I had sore throat/itchy eyes while staying in the room and did not sleep very well. Breakfast was average at best. Buffet style. Dairy products – cheese, milk, butter displayed in +30 degrees without being cooled properly. No fresh bread and no baguettes. Fruit selection had flies in it. The saving grace was freshly made omelettes. I would take my money somewhere else – there are much better options.

Nice stay
Decent property for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Faculties not fancy but very clean and acceptable. The only thing I would do differently is not stay in the rooms just outside lobby. Noisy overnight group one night and sound carries too much. But I'm sure on the exterior or by pool it is fine.

Just Ok...
The area is quiet yet very close to the main action of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet was average. My most disappointing experience was with the bathroom. Water was running at the bottom of the tub and the staff was unable to address the situation. I had a mini flood in my bathroom during my 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would still recommend this place but expect average accommodations and venue.

great location, away from the busy old town. lovely gardens. we had 38 degrees every day, so with the pools in full sun there was no relief in bathing in hot water. breakfast was huge supply, but not the best we had in our 3 week Vietnam stay, but not our worst either. would stay again.

Hotel close to main attraction but ....
We arrived late due to huge thunderstorms in Hanoi. Having checked in and shown to our room at 02.00 in the morning the air con didn't work. An engineer came out and decided it was broken. We were given a family room for the night which was noisy, soulless and with a very hard bed. We were were woken by the 5 am wailing of some music which I think is a daily ritual and then there was the breakfast at 9.00. Well sought of breakfast. Not much choice not well presented and not particularly nice. The staff appeared so disinterested to satisfy their customers. The pool was nice but was in need of some repair around the pool. Broken tiles, very heavy sun loungers, not enough room for the people who were there. All this is a shame because with a little investment the resort has far more potential.

Dank
The staff were lovely, but the rooms were dank with visible signs of mould. The smell of mould was overwhelming. I asked, and received, another room but it still had a slight odour. The river flooded earlier, but i think the rooms were brought back onto the market too early. Mould can be very unhealthy. For several days i did struggle with a sore throat that improved once I checked out. perhaps a coincidence?

Know what you booked
There was suppose to be a shuttle to the beach. When we asked we were told to take a taxi. We were given a less than superior room originally at check in not the river view room I had seen on internet it also had no wifi. After several hours we were moved to the room I had booked. That room was perfect and a great view of the river.

Quite and good view hotel
Nice cozy local hotel with nice and friendly staffs. I really appreciate for their kindness. 2 nights stay is not enough for Hoi An, and this is close to the market just between bridge, and 5~10 min walk to Ancient town. So if you prefer to stay quite place, this will be good. But wifi did not work, and breakfast was average.

Front office staff were very warm, friendly & helpful. We hired Mr Vu, their driver, for a half day tour. He was a great tour guide. Brought us round Danang, gave us precautionary tips and recommended good & inexpensive local food. Hotel room amenities can be improved. There was no tissue paper in the room & no shower curtain in the toilet bath. Breakfast can also be improved. Only the omelette was good. The rest of the spread was so-so. Pots of coffee & tea were not hot enough. Service staff had a couldn't-be-bothered attitude. So different from the front office staff.

Perfect location
Amazing location just straight across the bridge into the old town. Beautiful river views, resort surrounded in lush greenery, trees and nature. The coffee at breakfast is really good but what made us stay an extra 12 nights longer than our original booking was the wonderful staff who go out of thier way for you, so friendly and welcoming and helpful.

a fantastically located home from home
this place couldnt be better located. right by the river and bridge in central hoi an it is quiet, comfortable and well equipped. free tea and coffee, tv, hairdryer, water, comfy beds, levely bedlinen and toiletries, lovely robes provided along with the best breakfast in hoi an. beautiful gardens and pool, helpful friendly staff and a great price. the rooms are spotlessly clean and the guys who helped with my bags were brilliant. on my last morning at 5.30am they were faithfully waiting outside my door to help me to my waiting taxi. this place is so good i have booked a ten night stay with my daughter next month.

This is not a 'resort'
I had stayed at this hotel about 3years ago. It was run down then and on seeing it on hotels.com I thought as if it had been upgraded, I was wrong!! I cannot see how it still has the star rating it has. It is missleading. On check in we found the internal door lock broken, the old style small tv you could not watch, the safe broken and bath room very bad.The bath you would not use as it was so dirty. We did not have hot water on some days, the breakfast was limited and cold. The only saving grace were the staff. I could not give this 'resort' one star and wont be back.
