Very comfortable stay

Wonderful hotel with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, some with huge windows that go to the floor. TVs have been upgraded from the pictures and rooms have all the amenities you need - robes, fridges, hair dryers. Close to the city centre, although a bit of an uphill walk in if you are going back and forth a lot (but Bolts are very cheap if you need them). Very close to the cathedral which is the most beautiful building in the city. Breakfast is excellent - I was even allowed to go early one morning because I had to leave for a trip. The spa is fantastic - has two big pools, two jacuzzis and three different types of saunas that you can use for free every day.

Ideally located hotel, a short walk to the main city sights if you want to see them. Hotel staff are very helpful, made the stay that much pleasurable. You get free use of the Spa too.

Nice hotel with an amazing spa/wellness area, a bit busy sometimes though. The gym is also great, full of machines, dumbbells and bars, best and biggest gym I have ever been to in a hotel! The city centre is 15/20min away and all main attractions are within walking distance.

This property feels more like a hostel than a hotel. It is modern but has no soul. The staff are remarkably unfriendly and unhelpful. Everything seems stingy. Insufficient blankets with no ability to get more. Cannot get a washcloth. Had to as several times for towels to be changed even though the option to do so was offered. When the towels were changed, the room was not made up or cleaned (over a several day stay). Breakfast was ample enough but not refreshed over the course of several hours. It dried out. All of this might be tolerable but not in a hotel that bills itself four star. It feels like a good two or a mediocre three star. The disengagement of the staff was perhaps the most off-putting element of the stay. There is a spa, and there, I heard the staff were better.

Room and hotel a little dated, however the bed was the most comfy thing I have ever slept in, the TV was great and big, and the shower lovely. The spa was included which was lovely.. And the breakfast had so much choice!

best staff ive ever come across

this is the second time ive stayed at the park inn in tallinn and i will be going back the staff are grate helpful and polite i asked two staff members for there names as they exceeded all my expectations one was called carman the other was ksenia i dont know there second names but they where the best staff i had come across in all the hotels ive stayed in they even servied a person from the usa minites before the bar shut and help him with food as he had just arrived wish more staff were like this in other hotels
