The hotel reception was inder renovation so very noisey. The room was good and comfortable, breakfast was very nice and staff were feeindly. The worst thing is the bathroom had not been cleaned, the counter top was very dirty and I had to clean it before we used the bathroom. Put a damper on the stay

Good stay here. Room was clean, although there's was a suspect stan under the sheet that looks suspiciously like urine..builders were noisy though but at least it was only from like 9am. Staff are awesome, food is average, cleaner lady on 4th floor is rude. Honestly I'm nit picking now haha I'd stay again.

There is no parking was the first disappointment it’s £22 The hotel was under significant renovation which we were not told pre stay probably in fear we’d stay elsewhere The receptionist on arrival had no personality and didn’t explain all the facilities The room was ok, the bed was soft so not perfect and the lighting is very poor, the shower was lacking any real power. In the spa instead of a relaxing environment someone was receiving a swimming lesson and the tutor was very loud and constant to the point 30mins was enough. The breakfast was spread oddly over 3 rooms drinks in one food in another seating in another very odd. On a whole I would not chose to stay here again
