雖然是老旅館，但整體非常乾淨，且空間真的很大。雖然住宿第一天晚上半夜遇到冷氣漏水，但櫃檯外籍服務員服務非常好，幫我們確認問題後先讓我們換房間，但由于僅剩吸煙房我們只好先去住一晚，但隔天立刻整理出一間非吸煙房給我們。雖有插曲但服務真的很到位，且地點到天神及博多車站都很方便，他們還有免費使用密碼的行李寄放區，讓我們於退房後還免費放了兩天的行李，真的讓我們後面到處跑的旅程輕鬆很多！
