I had a wonderful stay at Anantara. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my visit. The food was tasty with a good variety of options to choose from.
The pool area, complete with sunbeds and cabanas, was a nice place to relax. The pool bar offered a decent selection and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for recharging after a day of exploration.
One of the highlights was the stunning nature surrounding the hotel, featuring beautiful dunes and occasional gazelles and camels. Thank you, Anantara, for an unforgettable and magical stay - I will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting all else a bit disappointing
Beautiful setting. Nice architecture. Everything else a bit lackluster. Came at the end of the main season and many activities are not available (camel rides, desert bbq, etc.) and the hotel was not very busy. Food could be much better.
Highlights: Excellent service at pool bar and very knowledgeable falcon and owl handlers. Everyone else seemed bored.

The hotel here is so perfect as a site. However, the staff's attitude is so remarkably poor compared to the attractions. They also provide different information on whether they share information or not, and they are very unfriendly about guidance. The employees' abilities cannot keep up with the hotel's quality. Only one experience of staying in the desert is the best. The staff there, Get back to training.
