The pictures on the Expedia web site were not a true reflection of the condition of the property.
The Gym was in a sorry state and was very small.
The staff in the dining room at breakfast were not very friendly or helpful.

Just OK for a a bed for the night…
Friendly & efficient welcome. Allowed to access room well ahead of official check in time. Initial room smelt of smoke and we were given an alternative. Overall look & feel of the place is dated - and in part, less than clean. Investment needed !

I selected very specific add-ons for my reservation. The original price of the reservation and the price after the add-ons was significant- this is how I remember this was all added. Upon arrival to the hotel, they told me I only had one room when I had two and that there weren’t any other add-ons that were purchased. I had to encourage them to do their job diligently and recheck my reservation to which they finally acknowledged their error but told me it was two rooms but no breakfast was added. They gave me the run around and told me I had to reach out to the site where I made the reservation if I wanted to get help. This is why I sent them numerous emails and messages a week BEFORE flying in to confirm all the details but of course they didn’t respond to a single one of them. Very disorganized and disappointing hotel.

Camera sporca con sabbia e spazzatura dei precedenti ospiti. Nessun telo (richiesti e abbiamo dovuto attendere piu di 2 ore per averli) il tetto del bagno cadeva letteralmente a pezzi… poca acqua nella doccia. Spegnendo le luci si toglieva corrente a tutto compreso le prese. Rimaneva sempre accesa la luce di emergenza non permettendo di dormire. Puzza di fumo ovunque. Condizioni dei parcheggi imbarazzanti…. Pessimo sotto ogni aspetto. La piscina è SEMPRE chiusa! Inutile provarci. Prezzo basso ma spendendo pochi cent in piu si trova decisamente meglio! Noi abbiamo cambiato hotel.

Самый большой недостаток - нет шаттл-автобуса до пляжа ( только на такси). Бассейн на крыше очень маленький. Номер и обслуживание хорошее. Завтрак по выбору еды вроде не маленький, но блюда невкусные, круассаны и слойки сухие. Лэндмарк-отелей в Дубае всего 4 , чтобы доехать на такси надо назвать улицу, а не название отеля ( нас привезли не в тот отель). Отель не подходит для туристов, скорее для деловых поездок на 1 день.

A lovely hotel where staff cant do enough for you and has an excellent location, from where you can travel too anywhere in Dubai with ease using the Metro. Breakfast has a great variety too and always something different to try! Would definitely stay again.
