My stay was the worse they were very prejudice they treated me and my family very bad one of the lady’s came near the pool area with a chair and sat there just to watch my kids swim to have a reason to tell them to get out , we bothered no one while we were there had no complaints , they kept calling up to are room disturbing us we were not loud nor disrespectful one lady came up to are room once she counted all the black kids in the pool and told me they were all for my room which was not true I only had 4 kids in the pool it was the wirsy I will never ever go back there I ask for a refund nd so I could leave and was told no but instead of letting me leave they made me deel uncomfortable the worst hotel I have ever been to I couldn’t wait to check out in the am it was my sons 9 th birthday and all he wanted to do was swim and they made his birthday very un pleasing

Very disappointing!
At check in the guest service representative announced my room number for the lobby to know. Luckily my husband was with me so I wasn’t too worried about safety. When opening up the bed I found make up stains all over the bed. I called the front desk and housekeeping came up and changed the sheets. Then I turn on the tv to find the tv is cracked. Breakfast attendant made us feel like we were bothering her when asking for something. Not Holiday Inn standards by any means. Definitely will not be going back.

The best hotel experience ever. Before I even got there I was sent a text thanking me for using their hotel and if I needed anything special in the room to let them know and they would make sure it was there before I even checked in. Then after checking in I got like 3 more texts making sure I was completely satisfied with our stay.

Don’t waste your money!
If you want to unable secondhand smoke or smell weed the whole time, probably your kind of place. Very dirty and run down.. looks nothing like the pictures. Pictures are clearly taken from another hotel with the same name. Don’t recommend. Staff isn’t friendly either.

Gave my room away because they overbooked!!!
When I arrived I was told by the hotel manager on duty that my room was cancelled and they apologize they were overbooked because of the multiple events in the city of Columbus. She refused to offer me anything or a room at another sister hotel. My Wife and I had drove 4 hours from Indiana and had no room to stay in as every other hotel was booked. I booked this hotel back in November of 24 and when we arrived on February 1st she would incredibly rude and told me she could not help me and that she could only offer me an apology. Worst hotel experience of my entire life!
