This hotel is just outside the main train station, making it super easy to connect to local and long distance forms of travel. The staff were very helpful in giving directions and providing additional pillows! The breakfast offered hot and cold options that were all very tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

The hotel is in an excellent location with superb transport access, situated right next to the central train and bus stations. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a pleasant stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us when we needed help communicating with a third party for other matters. Their warm and helpful service truly stood out.

We did not have breakfast. We departed early. We overlooked the Railway Station, which was fine for me. We had Dinner in the Hotel, great food and really good service. With .y Mobility problems, it great for being near the Railway Station.

Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program.
