Spacious and clean. Comfortable stay.

Spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay in a somewhat quiet neighborhood away from the shopping area and tourist traps. Close to the university and have some good cafes around the area.

4/10 Fair

Please notice Wifi is not included with this property. Also the location is at least a 20 minute speed walk from the Bari Central station. I arrived on Sunday and all the cafes & super markets were closed so plan ahead. This property looked like it was not cleaned prior to my arrival. The toilet and shower were both dirty. Checkin was okay but when I inquired about check out I did not receive a response. The price was right but the location and cleanliness were not to my expectations.

2/10 Poor

broken door, broken chair, worst bed. Noise every time we use water. Great noise even if someone else uses water. Outside under construction. This construction starts at 7 a.m. Worst Room Condition.
