Lobby was beautiful; room not so much.
The lobby is gorgeous. When I got to my room, the carpet was threadbare and was already loose and coming up. It was clean, but I was shocked by the carpet and overall look of the room. The employees were friendly and very helpful.

Everything was bad and old except the hotel location,
There were 4 sockets in the room, and only one was working. The shower curtain was used in the bathroom, it was also old and dirty, the air conditioner, TV and telephone in the room were not working.

We verbleven 6 nachten. Locatie is perfect!
Maar de hotelkamers worden niet goed schoon gemaakt en gehouden.
Toiletpapier houder zit achter de wc bril, dus papier pakken niet mogelijk.
Kleine badkamer met losse wastafel, losse deurklink en als je douched is werkelijk alles nat! Het ruikt ook zeer muf in de badkamer. We hebben zelf maar schoongemaakt aangezien er in de gang zelfs iets zeer goors op de spiegel zat!
De lamp ging kapot in de badkamer en die moesten we zelf vervangen aangezien er op dat moment (18.30) geen monteur aanwezig was. We konden van kamer wisselen hiervoor, maar zie je jezelf al gaan met al je spullen voor een lampje?
Op het beddengoed zitten de nodige brandgaten van sigaretten.
Houd ook de minibar (koelkast) in de gaten, want die was bij ons leeg bij aankomst, maar bij de uit check werd er in eerste instantie gezegd dat deze gevuld was.
Het ontbijt is zeer eentonig en er is alleen een snee witbrood voor de broodrooster. Geen ander brood! Zelfs jam zoals aardbeiensmaak is niet aanwezig!
Dit was de 3e keer nu, maar het lijkt alleen maar slechter te worden nu vergelijken met de vorige keer! Gelukkig is mijn partner Bulgaars en dankzij de taal redden we ons aardig.
Volgende keer een ander hotel dus!

Good location, decent for the price
The location is great, the staff was nice enough. A big problem was the bedsheets would continue to slide revealing a rather horrific mattress. The air con really didn't keep the room warm considering the windows have 0 insulation. However we were given an electric heater which helped loads.

They would turn off AC when ever they wanted. Hair dryer was not working in the bathroom. They would not clean room until we ask them.

Supervriendelijk personeel! We konden in de ochtend niet ontbijten omdat we vroeg moesten vertrekken ivm een reis naar een andere stad. Werden er 2 ontbijtpaketten voor ons gemaakt! Een dag bijboeken was ook zo geregeld! Super personeel!

Improved
There is an improvement from our previous stay. The room is clean but the bathroom area is too small, very difficult to bend and scrub your leg without your head hitting the wall and your back pulling up the shower curtain. They responsed quick to needs. I will rate them 4/5

Looks beautiful from the outside but horrible from the inside. Had to change our room twice due to faulty air condition and finally had to move to a different hotel.

Wasn’t everything the way I expected
Breakfast poor, waitresses unfriendly, receptionists helpful. Noisy corridors, you could hear a normal conversation in the adjacent room. Location was great!

Not a place I would recommend or stay again
The receptionist on the day of arrival was very rude and it didn't get any better!!! The room stunk, the water leaked from the bathroom sink to the floor and there was a major pluming problem, in that they moved us to another room, it smelled a bit better, but eventually we started having the same problem with the stench coming from the vent in the bathroom floor! Hot water was also a problem, as we had to shower with cold water a few times! This is not a hotel I would go back to, even for one night!!! They have no sense of customer service as we tried to ask them for help on a day trip from Sofia, and they were not any help at all!!!!

L hôtel est bien situé, à proximité d'un centre commercial, du métro, propre dans son ensemble, avec un restaurent sur place. Je n'ai rien à critiquer vraiment, c'est simple bon rapport qualité prix. Le seul truc c'est que personne ne parle français. Il faut savoir parler anglais.
