I have stayed at the location before and loved the unit and my stay, which is why I booked again. The unit I got this time was not impressive at all. The pull out bed should be trashed, one of the bar stools were loose and the mattress on the bunk beds were not comfortable. The hot tub had so many chemicals my eyes burned and were inflamed the next day. I had to go to the leasing office to pick up the key and drop it off on check out day. This was very inconvenient because I left at 5am. The last unit I rented at the location we used a key code. I am not sure if I’ll stay at the resort again but I definitely won’t stay in unit 411. The owner needs to do a bit of tender loving care to this unit.
