Rude personnel Tried to charge room despite having prepaid through hotels.com Rooms and surroundings are not well maintained Couldn’t check out until 08:45 despite wanting to leave at 07:15 as the receptionist had to wait for owner to arrive before she could impulse my bill. Dinner was quite good actually.

Le matin du départ la patronne nous réclame le prix des repas alors que nous le lui avons déjà réglé en liquide la veille et en mains propres. De plus le lendemain du départ, elle nous envoie sms et mail nous demandons de lui restituer la clef de la chambre alors que c'est la 1ère chose que nous avons fait lors du départ. En bref, les repas étaient excellents mais l'intendance est catastrophique.

Mooie lokatie, nette en schone kamers, heerlijk eten. Ondanks de taalbarriere (men spreekt vnl Frans) konden we prima communiceren. Men doet echt moeite om dan met wat Engels of Duits te communiceren. Ik herken me iig totaal niet in eerdere reviews waarin gemeld werd dat er niets anders dan Frans gespoken werd. 3 motoren konden veilig achter het hotel gestald worden. Heel mooie uitgangs lokatie om een aantal dagen door de Vogezen te toeren.
