What can I say? I don’t want to malign the many staff who were helpful during my stay. They are so great, but the room was a mess. I swear that I did not have hot water at any time. I had to boil a kettle of water to wash my face at night. The bathroom had no borders on floor so water filled the ENTIRE bathroom if you turned shower on. The bed was comfy, but the room decor was dated and there was a funky smell that pretty much made me leave eventually to go to a better hotel.

We have 4 small children so breakfast was great because 1) kids eat free and 2) the playground is right next to the breakfast area so the kids could play while we prepared their plates and after their meal while we were still eating. It was awesome!

The hotel was great. The best 3-star I ever stayed in. Very neat, tidy and beautifully decorated with top services. The best of all were the staff who all were very friendly, courteous, professional and always quick to respond. Overall much better than expected.
