The hotel is in a good central spot, where it takes just five minutes to walk to the beach. The place is clean and well maintained. I slept lovely! The only issue I found is the pool facilities etc are now shut, which I was not aware of when making the booking. It was a shame as we were looking forward to this, but perhaps explains why the hotel was cheaper.

We loved the large clean rooms for a family of four. The location was a short walk to the beach and to the market and overall a great place to stay in Busan. You do need to read many house rules in order to use the property well and be good at using higher end switches as most of the house is setup for automation. Also be sure to have Google translate lens ready because all of the air conditioning, toilet operations, and appliances are in Korean. We enjoyed our stay there!

None of the traditional amenities are available without paying a daily per person fee. This is a property rental, not a hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed in what was available to us with the booking. Expedia did not help either

This is a newer build and I appreciate the cleanliness. The checkin process was smooth but guests should know a few things. You need to request more toilet paper, as you’re only given two rolls and housekeeping doesn’t come daily. The in-room washers were unavailable to use and room controls are not foreigner friendly. I did like the fast elevators, GSMart in building, and the infinity pool (for an additional charge).

The view was spectacular and the suite was very large. However, despite booking for 5 people, there were only two beds. Yep of my children slept on bed rolls. I know things are a little different in Korea but it’s important to know for international travellers. Additionally, all electronic controls (heat/cool/lights etc) are in Korean so tricky to navigate. Location was perfect and views were obviously stunning.
