The service is excellent, the Hotel is well located in a walkable and safe area. The room confort was not so good, the room is small and the bed and pillows are not comfy.

As an American visiting Mexico City for the first time, I am very glad that I stayed at this location as the three course breakfast allowed my wife and I to plan our day without starting with the most difficult decision; where to eat first.
We were served authentic Mexican dishes somedays & Mexican style omelettes on other days with waffles & a parfait being the first two courses everyday except Christmas. There was special pot brewed caramel chicory Mexican coffee every other day & a special pot brewed Mexican Christmas punch a special cake for the holiday itself.
The trouser press service that was in the listing was removed as it was no longer offered. There is no laundry at the site but they did let us use the dryer. They will do limited room service for very reasonable fees & the staff is extremely pleasant. I was mildly disappointed at a cleaning fee when we had a spill on the sheets but it was very reasonable so I respected their business decision.
The Museum of Anthropology & the amazing park that contains a dozen different things to do is a short 15 minute walk on flat terrain on nice safe streets from this location. It is walking distance to an amazing shopping, eating & entertainment district & close enough to everything else that Ubers were never more than $15 to get around the city.
The location is within the pickup territory of most of the guided tours that offer transportation so that was huge as well.
I would recommend it to my Mother if she asked.

Increíble lugar , las personas de recepción super amables y mi habitación estaba extremadamente limpia.
Me encanto que tiene aire acondicionado y la cama estaba muy cómoda. Sin duda volveré!
Eso sí, hay que reservar con tiempo porque hay poquitas habitaciones y se llena

Las instalaciones son nuevas y de muy buena calidad, la atención súper buena y atenta, el desayuno incluido muy completo y rico, el cuarto muy limpio y ordenado, además pedí unas toallas y sin pedirlo limpiaron y acomodaron el cuarto, superó nuestras expectativas, me encantaría que hubiera un lugar así a donde quiera que viaje
