The hotel was nice overall. The pool area could use some more cleaning. The windows were very dirty, smudged everywhere. Also, the corners/floor of the shower were pretty dirty. Everything the hotel offers is nice and comfortable but it could be cleaner.

Great Stay
A great modern hotel. The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out was easy. They spoke very little English but with Google translate, they're still accommodating. Wi-Fi worked well. Smart TV worked well, connected to Netflix easily-- we were stuck in side a lot as it rained our entire trip. Everything was very clean. They had free parking in a lot a street behind the hotel but we easily accessed the back door of the hotel to get in instead of walking back around. The strip of Paseo de Montejo is a fantastic, walkable area-- a bit more tourist friendly than downtown. Our only complaint was that the smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense it gave me a headache. I could go the rest of my life without smelling Fabuloso ever again after this trip. Overall, it was a great stay--especially for the price.

Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Helped store luggage and facilitate laundry. Rooms may benefit from spot cleaning as found previous guests’ items, etc.. Area was very pleasant with cafés, restaurants, and convenience store with walkable distances.

They lied about the hotel having a pool and a restaurant. It is still being built restaurant and pool are unfinished the hotel reaks construction chemicals or was dusty and there is no functioning restaurant or pool

I recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, my experience was mixed. On the downside, the front desk service was very slow. In the room, there was a persistent sewage smell coming from the air conditioning, which was unpleasant. The pillows were also too hard, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the common areas were dirty and poorly maintained, which gave the hotel a neglected appearance.
That said, there were some positives. The location is excellent — surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and shops, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. The hotel also offers easy-access parking, which was very convenient.
One highlight of the stay was the breakfast. The dishes were delicious, and the service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive.

Bathrooms were not clean. Number of towels for total number of guests was missed, we went to ask for some at the lobby before 8am and no one was around.
