Do not stay here! I rented this 2 bedroom 1 and half bath apartment. There were 4 beds in this apartment. The management of this apartment left me with one roll of toilet paper and one towel!! On the same day I checked in, i texted Joao(property manager) and asked him if he could please bring me one extra roll of toilet paper and one extra towel. By the way, the one towel left in the apartment was thin and small. Joao did not respond to my text message until the morning of my checkout , which was two days later. He Completely ignored my message and proceeded to argue with me about his lack of response and leaving me with no basic amenities for the large apartment.
2 of the beds did not have sheets, the other two beds had stains on their sheets. The blanket smelled as if it had not been washed. And Joao proceeded to tell me that the apartment was left in immaculate condition. Apparently his standards of immaculate means its okay to have stains on sheets, blankets not washed, and mirrors in bathrooms filled with erosion and other items that need fixing. Not to mention his poor customer service, and threatening me that if i leave a negative review that he will leave me a bad review too. Wow wow wow, what great customer service by this company and by Joao as the representative. I have never left such a negative review of a property but the treatment and neglect by Joao caused me to do so. So my advice is do not stay here.
