We had really good 2 day stay at this Hotel. The owner was at hand to greet us when we arrived and we were given really good information about the area. Extremely useful. We will certainly come again the next time we visit the area. The Hotel has also the most fantastic view of the Mediterranean sea. Worth the visit in itself.

La struttura, sebbene non di recente costruzione gode di una posizione davvero suggestiva: si trova a pochi passi dalla splendida rocca di Grottammare, immersa in un contesto tranquillo e ricco di fascino. Per raggiungere il mare è sufficiente una piacevole passeggiata di circa quindici minuti, scendendo alcune gradinate. In alternativa, è possibile arrivarci comodamente in auto, ma per noi la camminata è stata parte dell’esperienza, per nulla faticosa. La zona balneare di Grottammare bassa offre un’ampia scelta tra stabilimenti attrezzati e spiagge libere, tutte ben curate e accoglienti. Un vero punto di forza è l’ospitalità: il signor Daniele e il suo staff si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili, premurosi e cordiali, fornendoci ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti da provare. La camera, seppur di dimensioni contenute, era impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Per chi cerca una sistemazione semplice, senza troppe pretese, questa struttura rappresenta una base ideale per esplorare Grottammare e i suoi dintorni, con un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Soggiorno piacevole, ci siamo sentiti coccolati

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Miramare di Grottammare. La struttura è accogliente, ben curata e in una posizione perfetta, a due passi dal mare e vicino al centro. Le camere sono confortevoli, pulite e dotate di ogni servizio necessario per rilassarsi al meglio. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, gentile e attento alle nostre esigenze, facendoci sentire come a casa. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e abbondante, ideale per iniziare bene la giornata. Un’esperienza che consigliamo a chi cerca tranquillità, buona ospitalità e una splendida cornice come quella della Riviera delle Palme. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Laura ci ha coccolati ogni giorno! Peccato aver trascorso un solo giorno nella struttura. A pochi passi dal centro di Grottammare. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era un po’ piccola, ma pulita e ordinata con balcone. Colazione a buffet molto varia. Personale cordiale e pronto. Ci hanno anche fornito informazioni su dove mangiare. Semmai dovessimo tornare in zona coi nostri cani sicuramente torneremo

Essenziale ma buono considerato il prezzo.

Arredamento ed infissi della camera d'annata ma essendo in una zona tranquilla non vi sono problemi di schiamazzi all'esterno. La via è a senso unico nel periodo estivo, la prima volta ci vuole un po' per capire come arrivare in auto ( non è il percorso che Google suggerisce ) Servizio impeccabile, colazione standard italiana con aggiunta di yogurt, cereali e un po' di frutta oltre alle solite croissant / torte etc. Spettacolare la vista dalla terrazza dove al mattino si può osservare il sole che sorge dal mare.

Soluzione con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La struttura non è nuovissima, ma offre comunque stanze spaziose con aria condizionata e balcone. La posizione è piuttosto comoda, ci sono posti auto per i clienti e si trova pochi passi dal bellissimo borgo antico di Grottammare. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si può scendere al mare. Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile.

Struttura a conduzione familiare, molto confortevole, ordinata e pulita, posta in zona residenziale con splendido panorama, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge e a due passi dallo delizioso borgo medievale. Ottima location con estrema facilità di parcheggio in zona tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato confort, gentilezza e grande disponibilità, insomma ci siamo sentiti come a casa, ci torneremo di sicuro! Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte al B&B Miramare. La struttura, seppur un po’ datata, è risultata pulita e ordinata. La posizione è davvero ottima: in pochi minuti a piedi si può raggiungere sia il suggestivo borgo antico di Grottammare che il lungomare con le sue spiagge. Da migliorare la colazione. Molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Siamo arrivati venerdì pomeriggio e il proprietario ci ha accompagnato personalmente alla nostra camera. Stanza molto comoda e pulita con una fantastica vista sul mare. La colazione abbondante con cornetti e dolci fatti in casa buonissimi, disponibile anche in tarda mattina per chi non è abituato a svegliarsi presto. Dovevamo lasciare la stanza domenica mattina ma il proprietario, molto gentile, ci ha permesso di restare fino al tardo pomeriggio così da poter fare la doccia al nostro rientro dal mare e ripartire puliti e riposati. Tutti sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Super consigliato.

La struttura e la stanza sono semplici ma allo stesso tempo hanno tutto ciò che occorre per una vacanza al mare: pulizia, disponibilità del proprietario e del personale addetto alle colazioni, aria condizionata, frigo, parcheggio gratuito e gode di un'eccellente vista mare. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Lido convenzionato e check-in anche in mattinata se la camera è libera , cosa affatto non scontata. Dista 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e 2 minuti dal centro storico di Grottammare, veramente carino , in posizione collinare e quindi con scorci e ristoranti che godono di una magnifica vista . Consigliato per una vacanza low-cost

Struttura a due passi dal centro storico e a pochi minuti di passeggiata dalla spiaggia. Camera pulita e confortevole, colazione molto buona con crostate e torte fatte in casa, personale disponibile ed accogliente. Comodo parcheggio riservato ai clienti. Ho fatto un viaggetto di coppia per rilassarci a Grottammare e abbiamo scelto di sostare una notte in questa struttura. Quindi vorrei fare una recensione onesta.. Oltre ad essere vicinissima all’autostrada é anche a 300mt dal centro e 5 minuti dal mare. Quindi davvero comoda come location. La nostra stanza affacciava sul mare ed è stato davvero rilassante vedere il tramonto e l’alba dal balcone (con sedie e tavolino). Camera silenziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il bagno, come ci è stato detto, è stato ristrutturato da poco così come le altre stanze e gli altri ambienti comuni, infatti è tutto molto grazioso. Sicuramente da migliorare il servizio della colazione che non offre, a mio parere, cibo di alta qualità. Consigliamo di sfruttare di più l’area esterna poiché è molto bella. In sostanza è stato un bel soggiorno, cercavamo relax e lo abbiamo trovato. Personale cortese e disponibile anche molto alla mano, parcheggio facile da trovare. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente per le vacanze estive sperando di trovare una colazione migliore
