Would not recommend
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was horrible and the staff were very rude. We returned to the hotel at 4 a.m. to find the doors locked. We called multiple times, yet no one answered, leaving us no choice but to stay overnight at a friend’s place.
When we tried to address this issue with the manager the next day, instead of apologizing, he blamed us for coming back late and pointed out that they are “not a 5-star hotel” — as if that justified locking guests out and ignoring their calls.
This kind of attitude and lack of basic hospitality is unacceptable. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
