The hotel is only 4 minutes from Nanterre préfecture station RER. 3 bus paases in the same area. Easy to go to Westfield shopping center by walk (10 minutes). Many choices for the breakfast.

It was an older hotel but clean. The refrigerator did not work. The sheets were never changed in the 13 days I was there. There were 3 days that I needed to use the A/C but was told that they were on a schedule and this was their spring time and the A/C did not come on for this time period. Everyone was nice.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Metro. There aren’t many good dining options nearby, but it’s convenient for visiting central Paris since it’s only a 20-minute train ride away. The first room we were given wasn’t ready and had dirty sheets, but the staff quickly moved us to a clean room. It was handled well, though a bit inconvenient given our late-night arrival.

Since Novotel has bought the hotel from Paris Arena la defense,many things have changed (Their reception, bar,the corridors)

Room was too cold, it was May indeed but outside temperatures were between 6 and 11 Celsius and the room was not heated and verry cold. You could not turn the heating on as was centrally managed and the staff said they switched to summer time and the only solution provided was the recommendation to turn off the AC.
