Lugar perfeito para 2 ou até somente 1 casal mesmo, com hidro no espaço de churrasco, além de piscina de bom tamanho. Imóvel ventilado, bem dividido, com 3 banheiros, ampla sala e cozinha integrada e excelente espaço para socialização/churrasco. Único ponto a ser melhorado é que de dia, pela ausência de película na porta central de vidro, fica impossível ver TV, no caso, um bom filme, série etc.
