昨年に続きプレミアデラックスコーナースィート2ベットオーシャンフロントに宿泊，この部屋はとにかく景色が最高！シギラビーチが目の前に見えリゾート感を味わえます。食事はリゾート内に色々な店舗があり予約さえしておけば困ることはありませんでした。朝食開場は洋食のシギラタートルベイを利用朝からシャンパンが提供されシーフードグリルなど沢山の品数で毎日食べても飽きません(パンの種類が若干少ないのが残念)スタッフの皆さんは常に笑顔で接してくれ不足した物があればすぐに対応してくれ助かりました。また海の情報を交えた声かけのなどがあり楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。次回もこのホテルに泊まれるよう頑張ります。

ミラージュビーチフロントに宿泊。 良かったところ 部屋は広くて清潔。オーシャンビューなので眺めも抜群。 施設も豪華で敷地も広く、一言で言うなら『ゴージャス』。 残念だったところ ミラージュビーチフロントにはラウンジしかなく、しかも20時で終わり。 ダイビングに行くためホテルを7:30には出ないといけないけど、朝食は7:00から。 スタッフの応対は丁寧だけど、エントランスにドアアテンダントがいなくて朝食会場を教えてもらえなかったり、朝食会場で待たされたり。 ターンダウンサービスは18:00まで。 敷地内にレストランはたくさんあるけど、ウェブ予約は前日までにしなければならず、当日電話で予約しようとしても、電話が繋がらないところが多数。 施設はいいけど料金の割に各種のサービスが使いづらく正直コスパはあまり良くなかった印象です。

お部屋のインテリアがおしゃれで、参考にしたいと思いました。スタッフはみなさん笑顔で接してくださり、お掃除も完璧でキレイになったお部屋は気持ちが良いものでした。 朝食会場もおしゃれで、カトラリーや食器なども素敵でした。お料理も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。 ビーチが程よい大きさで、小さな子連れでも安心して遊べると思いました。 今度は息子夫婦や孫と一緒に来たいと思えるステキなホテルでした。
