Floor 8 is a nice room however lift noise is significant. We took sleeping tablets to sleep each night. Lift is very small. 2 people and 1 bag max. Level 7 is last lift floor. Level 8 is by stairs that are very tight to drag suit cases up. No gym but the stairs provides a good workout😃 Staff are awesome. Great location and area very safe. We had someone's hair placed around the shower handle when we arrived. Bit gross but probably unseen by cleaners. Stuff happens.

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming especially Gabriel who went above and beyond. He helped me with an itinerary that I was interested in. I can't thank him enough for the effort that he personally put into making my stay a happy and positive one. Regarding the rooms, I really didn't like the amount of detergents and perfumes and sprays that they used, it was unbearable at times. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

OK hotel with the right price for what you get.

The hotel is new, however lack in many amenities, no a single glass in the toilet or room, no garbage bean either, only an small one in the toilet, a very tinny elevator, which constantly busy or not working as guests and employees leave the door open. Very convenient location, and some of the staff are very cordial.

This is a real gem in the city. Walking distance to the Recoleta Cemetery, restaurants and many parks/plazas. The value for your money can't be beat. Everything appears to be brand new and modern. Small rooms but just right for 1 or 2 people spending their time seeing the city. The front desk was helpful and spoke English as well. Victoria helped me with storing luggage and reserving taxis.

For adults, and for adults' activities.

The hotel is well located and the room was very nice. You have to pay particular attention to the ONLY ADULTS disclaimer; the Jacuzzi room offers interesting opportunities and options for adults with the proper imagination and enthusiasm. If you book the room for a couple, you may end up spending considerable time indoors. Excellent for honeymooners. NO facilities in the hotel, but it is very close to Av. Santa Fe, where you will find everything. Specially after you work out an appetite. The photos are well representative of what to expect.

The staff are nice, and very helpful, I have stayed here 3 different times including for a couple weeks, and the problem is the elevator goes out a lot and it never gets properly fixed… I got stuck in the elevator for over 2 hours one day till they could get me out… On some other days the elevator would just stop working, and you would have to climb several flights of stairs for a few days… However the staff are nice, and the rooms are very clean, nice, and comfortable for the price…I will stay here again because of price and location, however If you are an elderly person, or have a medical condition do not stay here cause it’s likely you will be using the stairs during at least part of your trip…
