Avoid this place
We did not actually stay at the property because of safety concerns. The front door to the building (after walking around the broken, missing sidewalk, trash, and construction dirt) was not locked. Across from the front door was an abandoned building with broken windows and men loitering. Although the apartment itself is renovated, the instructions for the hot water, which involve waiting an hour for the boiler to make hot water and then running water for several minutes to wash or bathe was beyond reasonable. We did not stay and were refused any ability to cancel or receive a refund for any of the three nights we didn't stay. Avoid this place. We found another lovely apartment at a similar rate in a much safer location.
