Cuando hemos llegado el nivel de limpieza no era adecuado y el colchón del sofá cama donde se suponía que tenían que dormir mis hijos roto y el sofá con manchas. Nos fuimos a otro hotel aunque nos querían dar otro apartamento no lo hemos aceptado porque no nos generó confianza. Aunque sí que en todo el momento se han ofrecido a arreglar la situación y rápidos en la respuesta.
