The family room is spacious for family for 4. On arrival, was informed that the staffs are trying to fix a broken lock for the room, and offer to help bring luggage to the room. While in the room, there was a power trip and the staff was able to help fix the issue within 10min. Really thankful for the responsiveness of the staff.

コスト重視のお宿です。 周辺にはここまで安い宿はない。 ただ、そのコストを絞る出すために色々と頑張って削減をされています。 パジャマは無しですし、食事も付いてません。 ただ、御殿場で安く一泊したい時はここがベストでしょう。

El primero lugar se lo lleva la atención del personal que es impecable! Fueron muy amables, muy atentos a todas nuestras peticiones, el hotel tiene una buena ubicación, sin embargo el trasladarse se complicaba poco porque no hay transporte tan cerca , ellos te ayudan a pedirte taxi si les escribes por whatsapp . La habitación estaba hermosa , era tatami con vista al Mt Fuji. Super linda! Recomiendo mucho que vayan con niños está muy linda y relación precio/calidad, muy conveniente
