Jul 3, 2026We stayed here for one night before heading to the airport to fly back to South Africa. The complex is first-class, the check-in was great, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful (asking numerous times how they could help). The room was loaded with all the amenities. It was a very clean and quiet stay. Our reservation included free breakfast which was very tasty, provided many choices, and the service was great. We actually ate at one of the restaurants the night before and the food and service was good. The complex is a golf resort and convention center in a gated community, which provided an added measure of security. We are flying our this afternoon, so the hotel was willing to give us a late check out for no added fees. Plus, we have a free airport shuttle, which is 4 miles away. We would definitely recommend this facility for future stays.

Feb 4, 2026My stay was excellent, upon check out however of a Grand Executive room that had no adapters for the kettle when we checked in, Katlego at the reception asked where the “her” adapters were. This made me a bit uncomfortable, I think whilst it’s important to ensure people don’t take the hotel property questions like this can be asked more professionally and politely. Please give this feedback to Katlego at your reception as she is the only issue I would say was unpleasant in her interrogation
