The bathroom walls were disgusting. They had mold on them. The shower was nasty. It hadn’t been cleaned. You can tell the walls. The walls were able to be pushed in. They stuck us at the clear end.

Stayed only a few hours and got up and left. The lady at the front desk was fun and helpful. Didn’t venture anywhere in the hotel because it was late and we needed sleep before hitting the road the next day. Most definitely would stay again.

Updated so looks nice and functional. Can see evidence of age in bathroom: door handle, plumbing to toilet, ceiling tiles. Overall decent with attractive updates. Service was good.

It was ok with refurbished rooms. We had only one towel in the bathroom and had to get someone to fill up the soap dispenser. Not alot of good restaurants in the area.

Water leaking all over the floor from the AC. Just overall uncleanliness feeling throughout the room especially the bathroom with the rotting ceiling from water. Cereal was stale during the low quality breakfast. I’ll stay in Sikeston next time for sure!!

When I checked in the front desk was a lady and she was nice. I was not thrilled when I found out we were on the second floor and there was NO elevator. Carrying luggage up 2 flights of stairs is a little difficult. The stairs were filthy and matted. The room was cold and unwelcoming and not very clean. I guess if your really tired and need to put your head down it works.
The complimentary breakfast was minimal, only having 1 crockpot with gravy and one with bisquits. There were no eggs or waffles, some cereal and milk were provided, an option of one flavored yogurt, and mini blueberry muffins. I only picked this hotel because the hotels I looked at said Bed Bugs. Thankfully this one had no reviews for that so they get a 3 star instead of 2.

Don’t expect too much
We did not expect much from a Super 8 hotel, we just need a room to rest and sleep. The hallways smells weeds all night. Actually, the stairs and the entire 1st and 2nd floors we noticed people were smoking weeds. Heating unit was very noisy and you can actually hear kids crying from the across the halls. The front desk service person was watching Mexican shows on phone or tv loudly. I think he’s bored
