Excellent location near ICN airport. We used this hotel for a 10 hour stopover so we could have a proper shower and a bed before our next leg of the trip home. The receptionist spoke good English and all info is on the webpage you're directed to view. As it was after 11pm most restaurants nearby were closed but the receptionist told us that the chicken and beer shop across the way was still open so we made a beeline there for food. The room itself was very big, and we were all provided with robes and slippers. This may we way out of the way for a Seoul visit but for a stopover and our purposes it was perfect!

Room was very spacious and bed seems unnecessarily too big for two people. Location was really good which right next to the Unseo stationn so much comfortable to carry big luggages. However, AC didn't work properly. It seems center-controlled systems even though the room has controller on the wall, so our room was hot during the night.

Clean, convenient to airport, safe, loads of walkable options. Yet, these are all typical for Korea. The issue here at this hotel is the notion of "global". Noted that this is not a Four Seasons, but if you are to advertise yourself as a convenient, global hotel for travelers, a number of areas would need to be upgraded: unclear check-in instructions, no 24-hour staffed desk, insufficient English signage throughout property. Again, I need not take this assessment if I were staying at a "local" hotel (of which there are dozens within 200m of this property), but if you want to advertise yourself on Expedia as "global", there are mandatory improvements, most of all with check-in procedures.
