Pontos de atenção e estrutura do quarto Divergência com as fotos e vista: O quarto fica nos fundos do edifício, com vista para a laje técnica e para o prédio vizinho — sem qualquer vista para o mar. Espaço e capacidade: O tamanho do quarto é padrão e não acomoda três hóspedes com conforto. A terceira cama é do tipo auxiliar (gaveta puxada de baixo da cama de casal). Devido ao desconforto e ao espaço reduzido, o terceiro hóspede do grupo optou por contratar outra acomodação. Enxoval insuficiente: Na cama de casal, havia apenas um cobertor e um lençol fino sem elástico cobrindo o colchão (que soltava a cada movimento). Para a cama auxiliar, disponibilizaram apenas um lençol de elástico, sem qualquer manta ou cobertor para se cobrir. Processo de Check-in e Acesso à Garagem Burocracia: O envio prévio de nomes e documentos não agiliza a entrada. Todo o processo precisa ser refeito presencialmente, exigindo validação de documentos, selfie de todos os hóspedes e cadastro do veículo. Logística de estacionamento: A garagem só é liberada após a conclusão desse cadastro presencial. Para quem chega de carro, a logística é complicada: não há ponto de parada temporária na frente, sendo necessário deixar o veículo na rua (em local incerto, sujeito a multa ou distante, na zona azul) até que todos façam o cadastro na recepção. Instalações internas e estrutura do prédio Instalações do apartamento: Banheiro, cozinha e televisão funcionaram perfeitamente dentro da normalidade.

Minha experiência foi bastante negativa e não recomendo a hospedagem. O apartamento não corresponde às fotos do anúncio, que aliás é uma pegadinha. Os apartamentos são diferentes entre si e vc não sabe em qual vc estará, pois as fotos mostram apenas o apartamento quadruplo que tem vista pro mar. A limpeza estava muito ruim: havia lixo do hóspede anterior e até sabonete usado no box do banheiro. O quarto, o banheiro e as áreas internas estavam muito empoeirados, claramente sem a devida preparação para receber novos hóspedes. O vaso sanitário apresentava vazamento e a tampa fecha sozinha, o que demonstra falta de manutenção. Outro problema foi a falta de transparência sobre a garagem. Em nenhum momento foi informado que as vagas são rotativas, e por isso tive que deixar meu carro estacionado na rua. Apesar de o prédio ter boas instalações, o estado do apartamento e a falta de cuidado com limpeza e comunicação tornam a experiência decepcionante.

quarto novo, limpo e bom, porém nos 7 dias que permaneci nesse predio, 5 ficou sem energia, mas como o predio tem gerador, não tivemos muito problema, a não ser do barulho do gerador, que talvez não tenha uma proteção acustica. no primeiro quarto que fiquei, a internet era pessima, não conectava nada, a tv não conectava nem nos canais, depois mudamos de quarto e deu tudo certo. Ambos os apartamentos os proprietarios foram muito solicitos e tentaram corrigir os problemas o que estavam ao seu alcance

Porém a estrutura deixou mto a desejar: falta de água por 3 dias, estacionamento não atende a todos (ou seja, precisamos utilizar Uber para não ficar sem o estacionamento), fechadura ficou sem bateria e assim ficamos 3 horas p resolverem o problema, internet não funcionava, louça suja, fedor de comida de flat ao lado.
