We enjoyed every minute. It was amazing to see the sunrise every morning. It was so beautiful gleaming off the Indian River. The property was nice & clean, east access to condo but dd not use the garage because the code not work. Overall it AMAZING!! WE WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK!!

This is a BRAND NEW condo, quite large, I'm pretty sure I was one of the first to live in my rental unit. It's easily the best rental in the area. I met Abe the property manager, very eager and wants to really make sure it's the best it can be - and it is. It's all electronic access, so be organized for that.

The condo was very nice and spacious however, the furniture in the living area was not very comfortable. There was not a dresser in the 2nd bedroom, only a nightstand. And there needed to be more curtains on the rods in all rooms. The sunlight came straight through the middle and ends because they were not big enough to cover the entire window. When I visited the pool, there was a strange algae smell, the pool was ice cold and needed to be cleaned and the hot tub was dirty and lukewarm. The condo and are were nice but felt it was overpriced.

Very nice property, not good for small children
I gave this stay 5 stars however, if you have small children just be aware that they do not have additional locks on the inside of the front door. My 1 and 3 year old were able to just reach up and open the door because there is no way to manually lock it. The sliding glass doors to the balcony also do not have any additional safety locks, making it very easy for them to also just slide the one lock up and open it. We ended up blocking those doors with the bench seats from the dining room table at night to make sure there were no accidents. Aside from that, the condo was very clean, neat and we would stay again if they provided additional security locks for small children. Great views of planes coming in and of the water. We didn’t get to use the amenities or tour the whole property due to time constraints.
