We checked into the Presidential Suite for our Honeymoon and immediately found that the busy, narrow road was one foot on the other side of the wall. Every car driving by made the room shake. When we asked to move to another room on the other side of the property, we were given a smaller room and told we would be refunded the difference in price. Now, over a week later, they are trying to get me to accept a voucher for a future stay that expires in 3 months instead of what we are owed and what we were promised.
Add onto that that the rooms were expensive but only fine, the breakfast was non-existent, and the walls are so thin across the entire property that every noise in the loud entrance hall echoes into your room (including the cleaning staff, who start shouting at 7:30am), and I would not recommend this hotel at all.
