The rooms where really nice, very pretty.
Comunication, help and service TERRIBLE!!! I did ask to see if i was able to check-in early 1 month prior to visit, first they said yes when the day arrived i called and they said it wasn't ready that they where going to put it as a "priority" since i was there already at 11 am, 4 hours later i called and they ignored my call and text. They didn't give me the room not even 10 min before, coming from so far to visit it was a bad experience.
