The hotel is super cute, the staff was very friendly. The live music was fun and the bar served nice drinks. It's a family friendly hotel with a water park so if you're going to rest, think twice. They do not have acoustic isolation so resting was extremely difficult.

I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor.

A equipe é atenciosa, mas a comida oferecida no buffet estava ruim, e as opções a lá carte muito limitadas. Foi complicado a alimentação durante o período que ficamos. O café-da-manhã foi a exceção e esteve bom todos os dias. Como a cidade oferece poucas opções de restaurante, o hotel teria muito a ganhar com investimento no seu. Ainda assim, recomendamos a estadia.

Quartos estavam ok, mas não chega a ser um quarto cheiroso nem totalmente limpo. encontramos cabelos nos guarda roupas e também azulejos com limo no banheiro. Roupas de cama ok, mas com cheiro de roupa guardada. Os funcionários são solícitos e educados e o café da manhã estava ótimo, muito bem preparado e com variedade suficiente para todos os gostos.

O parque informa que as piscinas são aquecidas a 36°C, mas, quando fomos no sábado, a realidade foi bem diferente: todas as piscinas estavam frias. Apenas os ofurôs estavam realmente quentes e, por isso, ficaram lotados. Em contrapartida, a piscina do hotel estava, de fato, aquecida e muito agradável. Nossa filha aproveitou bastante, e essa acabou sendo a melhor parte da experiência.
