Perfect for a relaxing girls trip. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff customer service was phenomenal. It really felt like you were staying at an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. They allowed us to check in super early like 11am for a charge but upgraded our room for free. Our room was very spacious, the gym was well equipped, loved that they engrave your names on their water bottles, enjoyed the comfy robes, and the food was great. They also provided a free shuttle to/from the beach and offered you towels, and chairs. The only issues we experienced was trying to contact the hotel for the shuttle back from the beach. We waited on hold for several minutes and then it disconnected. We were able to call the spa and they were able to get ahold of the front desk for us. There was also a very unpleasant smell one day in the lobby and bar. It smelt like rotting fish or something, and we ended up ordering the french onion soup and believe the smell was from the cheese they used and the truffles. The soup was amazing, and the live music at night was very good. Overall, I really loved this hotel, and can't wait to book again.

Brittney was so Hospitable and all the staff really catered to any need we had during our stay!! The food was Delicious and the bar atmosphere was so refreshing & relaxing! New hotel nice rooms and restaurant service very pleasant. There are no amenities to support resort fee of $50 daily and valet parking very expensive compared to other hotels this was $48 daily.

The resort is new and looks it. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. They're trying to be a high end resort with some nice touches. They've just broken ground on the construction of some houses right in front of the hotel, so expect to hear/see that if you book a front facing room. Three things to be aware of prior to booking here: 1. Required $50 daily resort fee and $48 daily valet parking charge. No self parking option despite the parking garage being around 200 feet away and you pretty much have to have a car to get around in that part of town. So add $100+ per day to the daily charge. 2. It's noisy. The interstate is a few hundred feet away and provides a background traffic sound loud enough that sitting on a balcony facing the front or leaving the door to the balcony open were a bit too much and we had to close it. In the next room, adjoined by a door, one night some teens were having fun and talking, not too loudly, but it sounded like they were in our room. There was a visible gap under the door that allowed all of their sound in and the noise went away when I covered the gap with pillows. 3. The shower water pressure was surprisingly weak. I don't need a superstrong shower, but it was just stronger than a dribble. Odd enough to keep playing with the handle to see if there was something wrong.

We had a lovely breakfast with Dana, she was womderful. We also enjoyed dinner with Lexie and she was so attentive and great with her presentation of dessert, im so glad she talked us into having it not boxed to go. It was all so beautiful.

A New Experience in the West Palm Beach Area

We attended the grand opening party and had a wonderful experience. The pool areas, fitness room, and golf course were all impressive! The dining and service were upscale and justified the cost of staying at the property. My wife and I had a delightful time, and we highly recommend this property!

Very nice Property I will definitely come back for business and or golfing. I would not bring my wife back again because there was not enough activities or nightlife to keep her busy otherwise incredible property great value for the money great staff great everything they should be very proud and they’re just four months old.

Great peaceful resort

The hotel looks & smells fantastic. It’s a beautiful new property. It’s very quaint & peaceful by the adult pool. The service by the pool was great. We had a young man from Colorado and he was hustling. All of the people around the pool were tidying & working hard. It was very clean. Our room was beautiful & stocked with everything. This is a very nice resort for a quick getaway. We enjoyed our stay here a lot.

Lovely stay at this new resort. Very nice pool and attentive staff. Well designed relaxation areas with fire pits for the evening. Spa and service were great! Food and service were also great. Good addition to the Autograph Collection. Given the resort is in a private community with gated access and there is plenty of space around, $48/day for required valet parking is beyond excessive. Even the Biltmore in Coral Gables and the Breakers in Palm Beach do not do that. Valet parking should be made optional. The hotel lobby and elevator scent was too much and smelled quite synthetic. Complimentary hotel bikes were a nice touch! Close to both, West Palm and Palm Beach.
