Renovation and Service
The service was decent. The rooms and halls could be updated more. Maybe put some nice wallpaper to decorate the walls.

Good 6.0
Mixed bag service-wise, room up to usual standard.
Room ok as with previous stays - quiet and comfortable and with all the amenities I like. However, on my arrival, the fridge was missing - the receptionist sorted this out by having one delivered at 8.45am the next morning. The only issue was that my first floor room was next to an office and the smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the corridor and permeated my room. My big complaint relates to the months leading up to my stay. I emailed the hotel 3TIMES about booking breakfast and no one bothered to reply. Very poor and frustrating. As a result I ate out: if they couldn't be bothered to reply, I didn't want to give them any more money. However, the breakfast cost was very cheap for anyone wishing to partake.

Good Value
Central location on Slavija Circle, very close to the A1 airport shuttle bus stop. The hotel is showing its age, but my room was large and very clean. The hotel staff was helpful and quick to correct small problems like a missing light bulb. Vracar is a very nice part of town, away from the bustle of downtown but with many nice cafes and restaurants. The hotel is a good value for the price and I would stay here again.
