Aug 27, 2026The hotel is so beautiful and clean! The room looked brand new even though the building is extremely old. The staff though are next level. So kind and helpful! The only negatives would be the shower, that doesn’t keep water inside, and since there are not any restaurants nearby it would be nice if breakfast was included or there was a discount for the restaurant downstairs.

Oct 2, 2026Very welcoming staff. Makes a change to be taken to our room rather than just given the key and told where to go. It’s those little extra touches that go a long way to make a memorable stay. Room was very comfy and plenty of room for us even tho it was marketed as a ‘snug’ double. Nice amenities in the bathroom and some very fluffy towels.
Plenty of great choices on the menu for dinner and well cooked and nicely presented.
We both chose the full English breakfast and again very well cooked and presented. Only downside was breakfast was huge and I couldn’t finish it which was a shame as it was so tasty.
All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was so nice and clean and well kept.
Would definitely recommend The Neeld Arms and will be back at some time for another visit.
Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

Jun 12, 2026Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!

Breakfast in the morning was incredibly delicious and the hospitality was very warm and attentive. The staff were wonderful. Definitely a highlight of our trip and would highly recommend!

Oct 26, 2025Our stay was great. We felt very welcome, and the staff were lovely. The bedroom was very comfortable with really good-quality cotton sheets and a super mattress.
Dinner was excellent and although the bar was busy with a local event the staff found us a quiet table to eat.
We certainly would love to visit again and would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay at the Neeld Arms. Really welcoming hosts and our room was very clean and had pretty decor.
We stayed over a very warm few days and found the room a little too warm at night. Thankfully a fan was provided, which helped. Lovely evening meal and breakfast too.
