Terrible information about checking in the property, had to wait 2 hours and lots of phone calls to get the cabin number and key code. Better be inform before reaching the property that doesn't have bed sheets and toilet paper. Overall very nice accommodation with all the publicity it has on it.

Lovely cozy caraven to stay in you do need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels there was plenty of cutlery pots and pans and cleaning equipment for ur stay.... its based in park dean holiday resort so u dont have access to some of the entertainment and a 11 min drive to clacton sea and pier

On arrival, we were told there would be a £35 charge for them. I questioned this, especially as the listing photos clearly showed bedding, but the hosts were unhelpful and did not respond when I asked how to resolve the issue. Had we known in advance, we would have brought our own or chosen alternative accommodation. Additionally, while the listing advertised access to a pool, we were unable to use it. As the caravan is on Parkdean property, a Parkdean reference is required to book pool access and other activities—but we were not given this information or the necessary access. This should have been made clear in the listing to avoid confusion. Overall, the lack of transparency in the listing led to unexpected costs and limited our experience. I hope future guests are provided with more accurate information.
