If you require peace and quiet, this is not a good place to stay. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am.
The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing.
When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on how to enter the building. The owner finally messaged me and we worked through the fuzzy details on how to enter the building.
The only positive side to this property is the location. It is within walking distance of everything, including the Salt Palace convention center. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this place.
