Good hotel
There was some misunderstanding during our check-in. Which took approximately 2 hours before we could get access to our room. Beside the inconvenience we faced during our check-in, our stay was good. We stayed in a renovated area close to a swimming pool with different types of restaurants. We visited several a-la cart restaurants. We recommend the Indian and the international restaurants.
The food in the main restaurant was good, it included variety of options such as meat, fish and seafood. We didn’t swim in the sea due to the cold weather and water in February. But the beach was clean and had lots of sun lounges. One of the pools, beside the main building, had heated water. The Wi-Fi coverage and stability was not that great. One thing that disappointed us during our stay was the souvenir shop, beside the cascade area. The staff at the shop was rude and always tried to overcharge the guests with ridicules prices.
