Due to traffic and weather we were arriving late. I called the hotel and the front desk and she assured me she would be there to help. As she instructed everything went smooth. The room was very large and very clean. Location was super easy to get to, definitely pet friendly.

Noisy and uncomfortable beds
The beds were very noisy and extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep well. The mattress felt worn out and every movement made noise. This seriously affected my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was built as a top rated one, with big room, big refrigerator, big microwave, and great furniture. But the hoteL is operated as a lower level motel, with old blanket, old bath towel, even without shampoo and hair dryer. After 7 :00 am, the front desk is still closed, without coffee and breakfast
