전반적으로 깨끗한 객실과 주변환경이 좋다. 그러나 객실에서 담배냄새가 심하게 나고, 에어컨을 틀어도 담배 냄내가 배어서 불쾌했다. 전 객실을 금연실로 지정을 했으면 좋겠다.

직원의 응대는 친절하고, 건물 뒤편쪽 룸으로 숙박을 하시는 분은 바로 옆 건물이 주차용 건물이라 주차하려고 차량이 이동하면서 생기는 타이어 소음으로 불편한 점이 있음.
