8/10 Very good

The hotel was reasonably priced for the room and offered a good complimentary breakfast. There was no pool or gym, but since we only stayed for two nights, that wasn’t a big issue for us. The location was very convenient, right off the freeway, and it was an easy drive to Maxwell AFB. Overall, it was a good value for a short stay.

Good rooms and good service at the reception desk. I wished the faucets in the bathroom would run more toward the middle of the sink.

Crew is constantly cleaning. They offer complimentary hot breakfast. At my time of stay it was cheese grits, eggs, sausage, and make your own waffles. They also had juice, toast, yogurt, oatmeal options. A super fancy coffee machine that makes regular coffee to fancy coffee. They also offered a small hot dinner option. Hotel is pretty quiet for being right near the highway. Elevator is fast. Rooms were clean. My room did not have a closet but gave you various hooks throughout the room to hang items. Staff is very kind and helpful.

2nd time staying at this property and very satisfied. Reasonably priced, newer basic but clean and quiet with a friendly staff who made a room change when I didn’t like the location of the first one. Easy access to the interstate. My go to when I come into Prattville to visit my daughter.
